Innovation Based On International Standards

Our criteria of product innovation are not only limited to improve the quality of fans and blowers, but also take into consideration the environmental impacts. We always regard the international standards as the most important basis for our innovative solution. These encompass not just the standards of fan performance, but more importantly, implementing the standards of International Energy Efficiency Certificate (IEEC) right from the beginning of fan designing. The aim of doing this is to provide our customers with innovative and energy-efficient ventilation fans and make energy saving easy.

Yilida's product line of centrifugal fans and axial fans are all manufactured in accordance with the requirements of international standards such as AMCA (Air Movement and Control Association), DIN (German Institute for Standardization), BS (British Standard), CE (European Commission), UL (Safety Organization), and TUV (Technical Inspection Association). As a trusted manufacturer of industrial fans and blowers which have been approved by AMCA and certified by national energy efficiency testing laboratory, Yilida has participated in revision of AMCA standards and publications for several times.

• Yilida has established provincial-level fan technology center and enterprise research institute in Taizhou city. There is a R&D team of professionals who are committed to constantly developing innovative industrial fans and energy-saving motors.
• Yilida has set up the charger technology R&D center in Hangzhou city using Tiecheng (on-board charger company) as the platform, focusing on the innovation and development of on-board chargers.
• By taking advantages of local superior resources relating to electrical control in Shenzhen city, Yilida has established energy-saving motor and new energy electrical control technology R&D platform to develop energy efficient fans and electrical control systems.

Over the past years, Yilida has realized optimization of industrial fan, energy-saving motor and control system with the support of these three R&D centers. Through our technological innovation, Yilida's products have granted a number of various patents, 119 in total.

Yilida has invested in an advanced testing laboratory to conduct air and sound performance testing in accordance with AMCA standard. Accredited by CNS, this testing laboratory is able to measure air flow of up to 250,000m³/h. In addition, this lab can accomplish performance testing of all types of fans and blowers, including aerodynamic performance testing, dry/wet state testing, sound performance testing, fan motor reliability testing, raw material testing and other related tests to guarantee the stable performance and premium quality of all our centrifugal fans and axial fans.

Identified as key laboratory of Taizhou, Yilida's high-efficiency & low-noise fan technology laboratory became one of the first batch of Taizhou's first municipal key laboratory. This lab incorporates a combination of provincial-level and municipal-level high-efficiency fan technology innovation teams. The combined team comprises of 20 members including 6 senior professionals and 5 visiting professors. By following the fan technology development trends and the current situation of the fan industry, this fan technology lab primarily aims at implementing research and development of aerodynamic optimization technology for energy-efficient fans, noise reduction technology for eco-friendly fans, compatible fan motor technology and intelligent fan integration technology.

Backed by Yilida's innovation platform, our fan technology lab has been accredited by CNAS and GMPI, and regarded as energy efficiency lab recognized by certification body of energy efficiency labelling. With the continuous technological cooperation and exchange with a number of universities and research institutes, the laboratory has made 12 achievements in scientific research, realized transformation of 12 scientific and technological achievements, obtained 6 invention patents and published 10 technical papers. All this proves that Yilida's fan technology laboratory has strong R&D capability.
