2011, Tianjin Yilida Fan Co., Ltd. was established, and rated as national high-tech enterprise. Yilida entered the field of brushless DC motor (EC motor), and obtained the invention patent for newly developed energy-efficient motor.

2012, Yilida was successfully listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code: 002686), and became a member of Asia AMCA Board of Directors.

2013, successfully acquired the majority of the shares of Fulihua, a leading company of axial fans and motors.

2014, successfully acquired Zhejiang Maer Fan Motor Co., Ltd.

2015, successfully acquired Qingdao Advanced Marine Material Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Changtian International Trading Co., Ltd. and Essentec Industries Co., Ltd. Yilida's new smart factory was completed and put into operation.

2017, successfully acquired Tiecheng Information Technology Co., Ltd., a leading on-board charger manufacturer.

2018, Yilida attracted the strategic investment from Zheshang Asset Management Co., Ltd., and became a state-owned enterprise supervised by Zhejiang provincial SASAC.
2019
2019, Zheshang Asset became the controlling shareholder of Yilida. The company was awarded as "Invisible Champion Cultivation Enterprise" in Zhejiang Province, and "Managing Innovative Enterprise" in Taizhou city.
2020
2020, Zheshang Asset non-public issuance of A shares was approved, Yilida's registered assets increased to RMB 566 million. The company has established postdoctoral workstation in Zhejiang province.
